RESERVATION OF APPOINTMENTS FOR MORE EXTENSIVE SURGICAL PROCEDURES

In order for POLIKLINIKA SINTEZA d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Polyclinic”) to be able to reserve an appointment for a client for more extensive surgical procedures, each client is required to make an advance payment of 20% of the total cost of the procedure no later than 28 days prior to the scheduled date of the procedure.

Payment can be made via bank transfer to the Clinic’s account:

The remaining balance of the agreed procedure amount must be paid on the day of the operation, before the surgical procedure takes place.

More extensive surgical procedures include all surgical procedures performed under local or general anesthesia.

If the client is unable to attend the scheduled appointment for a justified reason and has notified the Clinic at least 48 hours in advance, the advance payment can be used for the same procedure within six months from the date of cancellation, but cannot be exchanged for other services of the Clinic. The Clinic reserves the right to retain the 20% advance payment, and it will not be refunded to the client.

If the client cancels the scheduled procedure without notifying the Clinic or notifies the Clinic less than 48 hours before the agreed appointment, the advance payment will not be refunded, and the client will not be allowed to schedule a new appointment for the procedure they canceled, nor exchange it for another service of the Clinic.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID SERVICE PACKAGES

The client is required to use the services included in the Clinic’s prepaid service packages within 1 year from the date of the invoice, and exclusively at the location where the payment was made.

If the client does not use all the services from the prepaid package within the specified period, they are not entitled to a refund for the unused services. If, for justified reasons, the client is unable to use all the services from the prepaid package, the Clinic offers the client the possibility, within 1 year from the date of the invoice, to either use other services provided by the department for which the package was purchased instead of the unused services, or to transfer the unused services to a third party.

The third party has the right to use the remaining treatments that were not used by the original client, within the same department where the package was purchased and within the remaining period of one year. If the client chooses not to use the prepaid package in any of the ways described above, they are not entitled to a refund for unused treatments/services, and those services will be considered fully utilized.
