Dr. Katarina Čolak is a recognized neurology specialist with extensive experience in providing healthcare in emergency and general neurology clinics, as well as in neurology wards. She began her education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb, and in 2011 obtained the title of Doctor of Medicine. After completing her internship at KBC Sestre Milosrdnice in Zagreb, she started her career as a general practitioner at the Emergency Medicine Institute of Zadar County.
During her neurology specialization, which she completed at OB Zadar and KBC Zagreb, Dr. Čolak gained extensive experience working in emergency neurology clinics, neurophysiological diagnostics, and the neurology ward. Her dedication to her profession is further reflected in her ongoing education and participation in professional conferences, lectures, and workshops.
Dr. Čolak has a particular interest in neurodegenerative diseases, staying up to date with scientific and professional literature to provide her patients with the latest treatment methods. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in clinical electromyoneurography (EMNG) and color Doppler ultrasound of extracranial and intracranial brain circulation.
In 2024, she continued her career as a neurology specialist at OB Dubrovnik, where she was responsible for emergency and general neurology clinics, neurophysiological diagnostics, and consultative neurology services.
