Prof.dr.sc. Boris Ružić dr.med.

Born in 1957 in Rijeka. Dr. Ružić graduated from the Medical Faculty in Rijeka in 1985. years old. He passed the specialist exam in urology in 1993, and in 2011 became a subspecialist in andrology and urological oncology. He works at the Department of Urology at the Sisters of Mercy University Hospital in Zagreb. He obtained the title of Primarius in 2004. years old. From 2008 to 2012, he was the head of the Department of Urology at the same hospital. Since 2015, up until 2022 he was the head of the Department of Urology at the same hospital.

He was appointed as an Associate Professor at the Health Polytechnic in Zagreb in 2009. at the Health Polytechnic in Zagreb in 2009. In 2018, he was appointed as a full professor at the Medical Faculty of the University of Mostar, and since 2020, he has held the title of Associate Professor at the Medical Faculty in Zagreb.

He lectures on urology at the Medical Faculties of Zagreb and Mostar, as well as at the Health Polytechnic in Zagreb.

He served as the President of the Croatian Urological Society from 2016 to 2020.He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific and professional articles, as well as university textbooks.
