He graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb in 1983. He passed the specialist exam in orthopedics in 1994, obtained his master’s degree in 1998, and achieved the title of “primarius” in 2003. years old. He specialized abroad in the field of foot and ankle surgery, with scholarships and additional training in Denmark, France, Germany, and England.
He is a member of national professional societies in Croatia and has been a long-time member of the Polish Foot and Ankle Society (PFAS) and the European Foot and Ankle Society (EFAS). He has delivered numerous oral presentations and posters at conferences in Croatia and internationally, published professional and scientific articles, and has been an invited speaker at several professional meetings and conferences.
His primary approach in practice is accurate diagnostics of all changes in the foot, enabling the selection of appropriate conservative treatments and advanced surgical procedures, based on the principles of modern orthopedic foot surgery, including:

He has a special interest in regenerative medicine, aimed at eliminating pain and delaying surgical treatment of arthritic and damaged joints, especially larger joints (hip, knee, etc.). He applies combinations of various regenerative techniques, primarily injections that are administered either through standard procedures or under ultrasound guidance.
