Specialist of Internal medicine, Subspecialist in Cardiology and Intensive Care Medicine.
Dr. Hulak-Karlak is an experienced cardiologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She started her career at the Clinical Hospital Dubrava, where she worked for more than 17 years in invasive and intensive cardiology. She specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions, as well as performing invasive and non-invasive procedures such as heart catheterization, coronary angiography, echocardiography, and Holter monitoring.
Since 2025, she has been part of the team at Poliklinika Sinteza, where she applies her extensive experience. She earned her doctorate in 2022 with research on coronary artery disease in the Roma population.
In addition to her medical career, she is an avid skier and an active ski judge in the children’s Cro Ski Cup.
